The commissioner agrees that they will only be receiving digital files. There will be no delivery of physical goods. Commission files will be sent via email or DMs on twitter. The client is responsible for keeping their commission file.

Full payment upfront is required before the start of the commission. Refunds are not available once i've sent the first draft and it has been accepted unless i am personally unable to complete your request.

All payments will be handled through PayPal invoices only.

Once the client approves the design direction, major changes are not allowed or will subject to an extra charge.

I don't mind including photos, art or other assets provided by the client but it's the client's responsibility to handle any legal actions resulting from any materials given to me.

Please DO NOT use references of work made by other designers!! For simple references please only use examples from my carrd!!

I can provide you with a PSD file if needed, however most images will be merged. If you would like a PSD with fully editable layers there will be a fee.

You're not allowed to resell any of my designs or claim them as yours.

I retain all rights to post the final product online or include it in my portfolio.
